Table Captains

To be a Table Captain, you must agree to fill a table(s) of 10.  The donations for each seat and guests names must be turned in no later than August 4th to meet printing deadlines for the program.  Your name will appear in the program as a Table Captain.

Table Captain Levels

Gold:
                Pay for your entire table by July 15, 2010 and submit the required paperwork to the Atlanta Cotillion Table Captain Chair and you’ll receive:
• Complimentary seating for you and 3 guests (2 gown & 2 tux seats)
• Your pick of any table that is unassigned at the time the Table Captain Chair receives your paperwork and confirms that your table is paid*
• Recognition as a Ruby Level Table Captain in the event program and the pre-ball presentation
• Recognition as a Ruby Level Table Captain during the ball presentation

Silver:
                Pay for your entire table by August 1, 2010 and submit the required paperwork to the Atlanta Cotillion Table Captain Chair and you’ll receive:
• Complimentary seating for you and a guest (1gown & 1 tux seat)
• Your pick of any table that is unassigned at the time the Table Captain Chair receives your paperwork and confirms that your table is paid*
• Recognition as a Emerald Level Table Captain in the event program and the pre-ball presentation
• Recognition as a Emerald Level Table Captain during the ball presentation

Bronze:
                Pay for your entire table by August 15, 2010 and submit the required paperwork to the Atlanta Cotillion Table Captain Chair and you’ll receive:
• Complimentary seating for you (either gown or a tux seat)
• Your pick of any table that is unassigned at the time the Table Captain Chair receives your paperwork and confirms that your table is paid*
• Recognition as a Sapphire Level Table Captain in the event program and the pre-ball presentation
• Recognition as a Sapphire Level Table Captain during the ball presentation

                  *To complete this process, download the required paperwork (link is above) and follow the instructions. When you have entered all required information, email the completed document to Eric Wittgen, Table Captain Chairman, at eric@atlantacotillion.com. When your guests’ donations have been reconciled, Eric will email to you a mock up of the venue with the open tables.  Simply respond to the email with the desired table number and it will be reserved for you!  All names on your table will be auto-entered into our Master Guest List which we use for check-in at the Atlanta Cotillion Ball.
