The success of our event relies heavily on product and service donations utilized before, during, and after AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run. This event has become a celebration of commitment and determination in the face of a crushing epidemic of massive proportions. The support of individuals, businesses and organizations in our community each year is truly remarkable! Because of your active involvement, AIDS Walk Atlanta & 5K Run has consciously contained expenses so that the event is able to maximize net proceeds for AIDS services and honor the trust of its participants and donors.

We would greatly appreciate your donation of the following items:

• Hotel rooms for VIPs, celebrity guests, staff, and key volunteers who will join us in Atlanta during our event.
• Massage therapists and chairs for our dedicated walkers and runners.
• Snacks and beverages to help nourish over 14,000 participants as they walk and run on the day of the event through the Atlanta Midtown streets.
• Breakfast, lunch, or dinner (from 10-110) for our volunteers who so willingly give of their time to help us prepare for AIDS Walk each year. We have multiple volunteer opportunity nights throughout the year doing mailings and phone calls to help organize the annual Walk.
• Gift Certificates and gift packages to be used as incentives for our Teams and Team Leaders, Extra Mile Club walkers, and our stand-out volunteers.
• Items that can be utilized in a silent auction setting to raise money for the Walk.
