Funds to support metro Atlanta AIDS Service Organizations benefiting thousands of people living with HIV/AIDS and helping to prevent HIV infection through the programs and services of AID Atlanta and 9 other participating organizations providing treatment, medication, prevention education, meals, housing, mental health services, child care, substance abuse counseling, pastoral care, and research.
AID Atlanta The mission of AID Atlanta is to reduce new HIV infections and improve the quality of life of its members and the community by breaking barriers and building community.
AIDGwinnett The mission of AIDGwinnett is to be a dynamic, volunteer based, multidisciplinary, community organization aiming to increase the quality of life for HIV infected and affected persons by providing a seamless continuum of care and culturally specific prevention programs designed to promote safer and healthier choices. Serving Gwinnett, Rockdale and Newton Counties with 20 years of service.
AIDS Alliance for Faith and Health (AAFH) The mission of AAFH is to enhance the quality of life and extend long-term survival for people living with HIV disease.
AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta (ARCA) The aim of ARCA is to improve the quality and length of life for people in Atlanta living with HIV by conducting state-of-the-art community-based clinical and epidemiological research. ARCA offers access to promising new treatments through clinical drug trials, free of charge.
Aniz The Mission of ANIZ is to provide comprehensive health awareness, education and prevention services for the disadvantaged multicultural children, adults, and families, through therapeutic intervention and education.
Home But Not Alone (HBNA) The mission of Home But Not Alone is to reduce the cost of shelter by matching compatible people interested in sharing living arrangements, expenses and household duties. Home But Not Alone provides affordable housing for people who combine personal and financial resources in sharing the home.
Jerusalem House Atlanta’s oldest and largest provider of permanent, supportive housing for homeless and low-income men, women and children affected by HIV/AIDS, Jerusalem House is currently providing over 60% of the housing designated for this population.
Living Room serves individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in metro Atlanta by providing subsidized supportive housing, housing referrals and housing-related emergency assistance. Our goal is to help our clients access and maintain permanent, affordable housing.
Open Hand The goal of Open Hand is to help people prevent or better manage chronic disease through Comprehensive Nutrition Care™, which combines home-delivered meals and nutrition education as a means to reinforce the connection between informed food choices and improved quality of life.
Positive Impact The mission of Positive Impact is to facilitate culturally competent mental health and prevention services for people affected by HIV.
